Replying to @dyleo53 ok so the clear cloud spell you also asked for is something ill start looking into but it was the combat one that i decided to do first. basically the only things i dont think the spell may cover that you requested are the big bang or them sticking to a specific direction so it may need to be tweaked depending on how you intend to use it.
