Take 2 everybody, this time with added context that some people clearly need. Call came in for a couple dogs left in an apartment after the owners were deported. We didn’t get the call from ICE or any related agency. We got the call from the apartment manager about a week after the owner was deported as they realized there were dogs left in the apartment. These poor dogs were terrified. I don’t know if they did better after getting to the shelter but I hope they did. #animalwelfare #animalrescue
